KS2 Dance Club 3:30 - 4:30 Friday
Taking part in dance builds physical fitness and improves coordination, strength and flexibility. Dance exercises, creative games and thematic work build teamwork skills. Lifting, contact, partner work and unison dance help young people to practice vital life skills such as cooperation, trust and empathy. Dance helps children and young people to have confidence, a sense of self-worth and be comfortable in their own skin. For the young people dance activity can be a first step towards a healthier and more joyful life.
