The School Council consists of two representatives chosen from each class, giving every student an opportunity to be heard. This democratic approach reflects the British value of democracy, equipping our students with the skills they need to become active and responsible citizens in the future.
Our School Council members have the privilege of taking part in key school events, such as helping to organise charity fundraisers, planning special assemblies, and contributing to important school policies. They work collaboratively with staff and fellow students to ensure that the student body's needs and opinions are appropriately addressed.
Moreover, the School Council plays an important role in addressing key environmental issues within our school. Our representatives take the lead in promoting eco-friendly practices, such as recycling, reducing waste, and conserving energy. By doing so, we aim to instill in our students a sense of environmental responsibility, nurturing their understanding of the global challenges we face and empowering them to make positive changes within their own school community.
